This Solicitation Will have a Brand Name Requirement for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) KELVION PHE GMBH and Their Authorized Distributors/Resellers Only.

ITEM:

OEM GASKET VT2508 K EPDM PART NUMBER: 100022227 QTY: 1,065 EA FLC Puget Sound will be soliciting for the above parts in accordance with solicitation specifications. This acquisition will be negotiated as a 100% Small Business Set-aside on products per far 6.302.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 3/14/2024 with a closing date on or about 3/19/2024. A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
