Fingerprinting Services

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement to collect and submit electronic fingerprints via the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction (SWFT) and the Secure Web Fingerprint Transaction Plus (SWFT +) applications ( or their successors), as part of the Department of Defense security clearance investigation process, to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Trusted Decision (Adjudication) [TD(A)] (or their successors) as a condition of employment, internship or contractual information and materials access. This is a Full and Open Request for Quotation (RFQ), for commercial items. The NAICS code for this effort is 561611. This will be Firm-Fixed Price Procurement and will be issued as a c-type contract with a base year and four one-year options.
