Pax River Maintenance Services for APC, UPS, PDU, and CRAC

This solicitation is being amended to incorporate a revised parts list to show amounts not to exceed (NTE) $30,000.00 for option CLINs 3002, 3003, 4002, and 4003. Each of these CLINs have a value NTE $30,000.00 and will be used in the event that a battery needs replacement. Solicitation N0042125R0005 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation.

This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Schneider Electric, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).

All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. This order is set aside for small businesses. Only offers from small businesses will be considered.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement with cost type CLINs for battery replacements in Option Years 3 and 4. The offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your offer. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. The Period of Performance for the base year of this contract is from the date of award through 31 August 2025.

The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 10/23/2024 by 4pm EST. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. If you are quoting you MUST have technical support qualifications specific to Schneider Electric equipment. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
