The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixedprice basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Exeltech for item POWER INVERTER 24 VOLT, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1). BRAND NAME ONLY!! NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards.
