NAWCAD WOLF - Intent to Sole Source for Base 80' Self-Erecting Tower

AMENDED TO EXTEND CLOSING TO AUGUST 15, 2025 AT 5:00 PM EASTERN TIME

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.a.sproul.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on13 May 2025. Solicitation N0042125Q1102 s issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation.

The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Tower Solutions LLC for Base 80' Self-Erecting Tower P/N: PTM-130-80 for items listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Tower Solutions LLC. Vendors must be Tower Solutions LLC authorized distributor/resellers and provide documentation to be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 13 May 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
