Solicitation N0042125Q1100 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Thales Defense & Security, Inc. for items CABLE Accessory Sidemate A P/N:

1600713-19 and Thales Holster P/N: 1600494-1 as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by (FAR) Part 8.405-6(b)(1). Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. Vendors must be Authorized distributor/reseller of Thales Defense & Security Inc. and provide documentation with your quote.

Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
