The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for SupplyNet, Inc for items ADF Extension Cable 120 Angle P/N SN-FALCON4- ADF-C1, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1).
