LMS Siemens Software Support

Solicitation N0042124T0007 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source to SIEMENS GOVERNMENT TECHNOLOGIES INC. PLM Division for LMS Software Support under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. A statement was provided by the COO of Siemens LMS.

Siemens LMS holds the intellectual property rights and that Siemens is the only company that has been granted rights for LMS productions/support in the U.S. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM Award all or none See Attached RFQ The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
