The Department of the Navy (DoN), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program Office PMA-226, Adversary Integrated Product Team (IPT) is requesting proposals for up to twenty-five (25), Two Hundred Seventy Five (275) Gallon F-5N/F Fuel Tanks. There are multiple NSNs and P/Ns available (i.e. NSN 1560-01-071-4191, NSN 1560-01-056-6979 and P/N K287002-1, P/N 24-275-48096H).

The resulting vehicle will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The planned ordering period is twenty-eight (28) months. This acquisition will be awarded on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) full and open competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413, size standard 1,250 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 1680, Miscellaneous Aircraft Accessories and Components.

The proposal submission deadline is Friday 03 May 2024 at 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). All volumes of the proposal shall be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil.

Questions will be accepted and must be submitted by email no later than 17 April 2024 at 4:00 PM EDT to Mrs. Megan Dean at megan.e.dean10.civ@us.navy.mil, Mrs. Kristin Nelson at kristin.a.nelson13.civ@us.navy.mil, and Mrs. Catrina Farrell at catrina.m.farrell.civ@us.navy.mil. No phone calls will be accepted. NAVAIR will provide non-proprietary Questions and Answers in response to this Solicitation via a PIEE posting.
