Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Kim Silvernagel at kimberly.d.silvernagel.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 19 September 2024. Solicitation N0042124Q00517 is issued as a competitive procurement.

The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Microsoft software license renewals under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by (FAR) Part 8.405-6(b)(1). Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov.

NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided.

The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offerors must complete the certification of clauses in Section K of this solicitation and provide with response.
