Solicitation N0042124Q0504 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with A2B Tracking Solutions, Inc for A2B Tracking UC! Web™ Core ITAR Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for (2) active, named Full Users P/N:

A2B.UI25.2052 and Premium-One™ Maintenance & Support P/N: A2B.TP89.013 under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The IUID Asset Management System enables users to exchange data in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) modules such as Wide Area Work Flow, Government Furnished Property, and the IUID registry.

The A2B Tracking Solutions platform is a complete asset management solution that allows the user to link all the IUID data elements to asset records for government deliverables and property. A2B Tracking Solutions’ Software and License Renewals will provide continued use of previously procured hardware components to include Label Marking Software, Thermal Transfer Printer, Cognex 8072V Verifier, and Barcode Scan.

Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

Basis for Award

This notice is intent to Sole Source with A2B Tracking Solutions, Inc. Vendors must be A2B Tracking Solutions, Inc authorized distributor and provide documentation to be considered. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided.

The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract based upon response to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.
