SOLICITATION Solicitation N0042124Q0366 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Communications & Power Industries, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

However, all proposals received by 5:00 pm (EST) on 23 July 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
