POWER SUPPLY

No terms will be incorporated into any price quote and/or order accepted by the Government unless otherwise agreed to by all parties in writing. Any and all terms and conditions contained in any price quote and/or order that violate any Federal laws, statutes, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) are void and will have no effect.

The applicable Federal laws, statutes, and regulations, including, but not limited to, the FAR and DFARS will govern instead. SolicitationN0042124Q0327 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Items must be brand new. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above on your quote.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.
