Solicitation N00421-24-Q-0290 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name basis with CISCO for item: Catalyst 9300 48-port mGig UPoE+ under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. The integrity of the Program’s network would be at stake if new platform configurations were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands.

As such, the potential for introduction of IA vulnerabilities is significantly higher. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. The Government intends to award this on a Bran Name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 12:00 pm on 10 JUN 2024. If you are quoting, you MUST be an authorized distributor. Only quotes accompanied by a copy of an authorized reseller certificate will be evaluated. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
