Aechelon BOA - N0042123G0006

Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division has awarded Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0042124G0002 for commercial items on a sole source basis, to AECHELON Technology of 888 Brannan Street, Suite 210, San Francisco CA 94103. It is anticipated that fixed-price orders with a maximum value of $99M will be places against the subject BOA during a five (5) year period.

The primary products to be acquired are image generators (IG), IG nodes for channel expansion, visual databases, upgrades to visual databases and models, and image generation test equipment. Primary services include technical troubleshooting, installation support, engineering services to support product integration, and test activities within the Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test Department and other associated Navy, Airforce, Army, and U.S. Coast Guard requirements.

This procurement was conducted on a sole-source basis under the authority of Tital 10, U.S.C. Seciton 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This effort is covered under Class Justification and Approval number 23-0316.
