Sole Source OEM "Lake Shore Systems Inc. dba Trident Maritime Systems Heavy Equipment Group" - Feed Tank Assembly Part(s)

THIS IS A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SUPPLY-TYPE PROCUREMENT Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is soliciting for Sole Source OEM "Lake Shore Systems Inc. dba Trident Maritime Systems Heavy Equipment Group" - Feed Tank Assembly Part(s). This requirement is a Sole Source OEM "Lake Shore Systems Inc. dba Trident Maritime Systems Heavy Equipment Group" procurement because they are the only authorized OEM via technical manual S9593-DL-MMA-010 FIG & INDEX. NO. 7-2-1 THRU 7-2-26.

The aforementioned OEM owns the designs, specifications, and quality control/inspection standards of the requested feed tank assembly supplies. Interested entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203. The Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
