Solicitation number N0040626Q0064 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Becker Marine Systems GmbH Rudder Blade and Stock for the USS MIGUEL KEITH (T-ESB-5). This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The The NAICS code is 332510 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 (# of employees). The Government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order that meets the specifications outlined below. The proposed contract action is for BRAND NAME commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit as an unrestricted full and open requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

QUESTIONS: Offerors may submit their questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements to the Contracting point of contact(s) identified in SAM.gov no later than two (2) days prior to the solicitation closing date. Any questions received after this deadline may not be answered. Shipping term shall be FOB Destination; therefore, quotes SHALL include shipping cost incorporated within CLIN 0001. System for Award Management (SAM).

Quoting vendors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://sam.gov/. To be considered for this opportunity, all quotes shall be submitted in either Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF. Quote must include price(s), FOB Destination, a point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms. Responses to this solicitation are due by the solicitation closing date 29 Apr 2026 on 1000 PDT.
