THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC) for a firm fixed-price, supply type contract to provide OEM FILTER PARTS of BRAND NAME BOLL & KIRCH FILTERBAU GmbH on a SOLE SOURCE basis. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 05/07/2025 with a closing date on or about 05/09/2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures.

This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website https://sam.gov/content/home Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
