This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORP FRO MSC LAN DROP, per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the order due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the Sam.Gov website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
