SOLE SOURCE (OEM) METALTEK INTERNATIONAL, INC.FIRCTION DRUMS

This Solicitation Will Be A SOLE SOURCE For Original Equipment (OEM) METALTEK INTERNATIONAL, INC.REQUIREMENT FLC Puget Sound in support of Military Sealift Command, is soliciting for a firm fixed price supply type contract for SOLE SOURCED REQUIREMENT (METALTEK INTERNATIONAL) for the procurement of FRICTION DRUMS, in accordance with solicitation specifications.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 5/17/2024 with a closing date on or about 6/21/2024 A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website: https://sam.gov/ Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offerors to access the posted documents.
