1. The required delivery days has increased from 90 days to 200 days.

2. The solicitation period is extended until 20 October 2025. Revised quotes may be submitted via email to dylan.e.payne.civ@us.navy.mil and must be received by 20 October 2025.

3. If an offeror that has already submitted a quote and does not respond to this amendment, the Government will assume that the provided quote stands as is.

4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \ This solicitation is for the purchase of a spare item for the P8 aircraft. This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. Quotes may be emailed to the below address and must be received by 04:30PM EST on the closing date, listed in block 10 on page 1 of this solicitation: Dylan.e.payne.civ@us.navy.mil Quotes received after the closing date are considered to be late and will not be considered for award.

If only one acceptable quote is received in response to this solicitation, competitive procedures will shift to sole source negotiations. Early and incremental deliveries accepted. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to theresponsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be mostadvantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

Thefollowing factors shall be used to evaluate offers, in the following order ofimportance: 1) Price 2) Delivery 3) Past Performance All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued"by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. \
