1. To decrease the quantity to 300 units.

2. To extend the closing date 20 FEB 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \ The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

1. To update the part number from ASPFF-V08-22AC to MAFFF-V08-22AC.

2. The solicitation closing date is updated to 03 NOV 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \ The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to 15 OCT 2025 andupdate the quantity to 713 units. \ The purpose of this amendment is to update the quantity from 200 units to 680 units.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \ The purpose of this amendment is to update the closing date to 24 SEP 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \ This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. Quotes may be emailed to the below address and must be received by 04:30PM ESTon the closing date, listed in block 10 on page 1 of this solicitation: Destiny.n.wiatr.civ@us.navy.mil . Quotes received after the closing date are considered to be late and will notbe considered for award.

In response to this solicitation, award(s) will be Made to the eligible, responsible quotes(s) whose quote is technicallyacceptable and which is determined most advantageous to the Government,Price considered.

All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement areconsidered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either depositedinthe mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commercemethods, such as email.
