The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue this contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification. \ 1. SCOPE The subject item shall be repaired/overhauled IAW current instructions as developed by the Prime. As there are no overhaul manuals for this item, the Repair/Overhaul will be performed IAW all Prime approved processes and instructions. The DCMA shall have oversight of the repair/overhaul process.
