Substitute the following paragraphs (c)(1)(xi) and (xii) for those paragraphsin the clause at Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.244-6: SUBCONTRACTS FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (MAR 2025) (DEVIATION 2025-O0003) ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. The purpose of this amendment is to address the following:

1) CLIN0001AA is hereby reduced from a quantity of 6 to a quantity of 5. All other terms and condtions remain unchanged. The purpose of this amendment it to address the following:

1) Increase the quantity from 10 to 12 units. All other terms remain unchanged. This is a sole source requirement. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with other than the current source. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award.
