1. PD N0038324U4274 is hereby increased from 1 unit to 2 units.

2. The total qty of this solicitation is now updated from 3 units to 4 units total. All other terms and conditions remain the same. \ This is a Repair requirement for the items listed in this solicitation.

All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. The Government is seeking a Repair TurnAround Time (RTAT) of:120 days.

Note: The RTAT will result in an enforceable delivery date unless covered by anexcusable or Government delay. Your RTAT shall include the time to repair the crcass to "A" condition and packaging/shipment back to the Navy. \
