This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. The quotes may be emailed to the below address and must be received by 04:30PM EST on the closing date, listed in block 10 on page 1 of this solicitation: (05 MAY 2025) michael.j.brown1069.civ@us.navy.mil Quotes received after the closing date are considered to be late and will not be considered for award.

All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.

The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. \ The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: The closing date is hereby extended to 25 April 2025. \ The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes: The QTY is hereby updated to 10; from a QTY of 2 to 12. The new QTY is 12 for this requirement. This solicitation will be using competitive procedures.

This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) submitted via quote. The closing date for this solicitation is updated to 10 January 2025. The quotes may be e-mailed to the below address and must be received on or before 2:00 PM EST of the closing date. Offers received after the closing date are considered to be late and will not be considered for award. \ This RFQ is for a spare. This is a FMS requirement.

This contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification is issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue this contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification.
