Substitute the following paragraphs (c)(1)(xi) and (xii) for those paragraphs in the clause at Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.244-6: SUBCONTRACTS FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (MAR 2025) (DEVIATION 2025-O0003) \ The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following:

1.) The quantity has been increased by 13 from 10 to 23. This increase is due to combining PD #: N0038324X2543. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. This amendment is hereby being established to decrease the quantity by 3 from 13 to a quantity of 10. This amendment is being issued to address the following:

1.) The quantity has hereby increased in its entirety by 5 from 8 to 13. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. This contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification is issued by the Governmentwhen depositedin the mail, transmitted by facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method,including email. This amendment is being issued to address the following:

1.) The quantity has hereby increased in its entirety by 6 from 2 to 8. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.This contract/delivery order/purchase order/modification is issued by the Government when depositedin the mail, transmitted by facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email. TheGovernment's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue thiscontract/delivery order/purchase order/modification. This is a sole source requirement.

The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with other than the current source. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award.
