Amendment 0002 is issued to incorporate Wage Determination WA20240906 Mod 2 dated 27 Sept 2024 Amendment 0001 is issued to incorporate Wage Determination WA20240906 Mod 2 dated 06 Sept 2024 and provide answ ers to Pre-Proposal Inqueries. This amendment also adds a contract specialist to the solicitation for proposal receipt. NAVSEA NUWC Division, Keyport has a requirement to install temporary heat in bldg. 514. Scope of work includes two stage portable heater, duct work, natural gas line, and fabricated door cover.

The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract. The solicitation number for this requirement is N0025324Q0074. Performance location will be at Keyport, WA . The target award date is, October 31, 2024. The government estimate of the Magnitude of the requirement is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36, utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The contracting office is not maintaining a bidders list.

Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
