ADA Door Openers

Amendment 0001. This amendment is issued to answer Proposal Inquiries and update the Statement of Work. Wage Determination WA20240109 is updated to Mod 4 dated 24 October 2024. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport has a requirement to provide and install new ADA/ABA low energy automatic door openers on two sets of double doors, at the entrance and in the lobby, in Building 1003 as well as a single door into the lunchroom.

The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract. The solicitation number for this requirement is N0025324Q0069. Performance location will be at Keyport, WA. The target award date is, DEcember 13, 2024. The NAICS code is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $22.0 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2AA repair or alteration of office buildings. This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small businesses.

The government estimate of the Magnitude of the requirement is $50,000.00 to $100,000.00. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36, utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The contracting office is not maintaining a bidders list. Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offer non-responsive and result in rejection.

An organized site visit is included in the solicitation. Offerors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, https://sam.gov/.
