NAVSUP FLC San Diego Contracting Specialist: Jennifer Stevens 1. INTRODUCTION This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT The contractor shall provide the following commercial supplies: Flame retardant Douglas Fir Wooden Shoring in accordance with the ships AEL. 8x8x10 Douglas Fir Lumber 27 Ea 8x8x12 Douglas Fir Lumber 30 Ea 8x8x16 Douglas Fir Lumber 28 Ea 8x8x20 Douglas Fir Lumber 30 Ea Specifications: See Statement of Work, attached.
Delivery Location: Delivery is FOB Destination by traceable means to USS ESSEX, Naval Base San Diego. The specific pier USS ESSEX is berthed at will be provided at the time of delivery. 3. PRICING INSTRUCTIONS Offerors must submit a firm-fixed-price proposal. The pricing proposal must include a detailed breakdown of all costs, including any shipping and handling charges. 4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The delivery period shall be September 19, 2025 or as soon as possible. 5. APPLICABLE CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS

EVALUATION FACTORS The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, considering the following evaluation factors: Price Delivery Schedule Technical Acceptability (if applicable) 7. HOW TO SUBMIT A QUOTE Offerors are to submit their quotes via email: jennifer.k.stevens7.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Friday, August 15, 2025. Ensure that all required information is submitted, including pricing, technical specifications, and any other documents requested.
