Naval Information Warfighting Development Center Electronic Warfare Data IDIQ

8.6.26 Amendement 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1.) Extend the solicitation due date to 25 August, 2026. 2.) Incorporate the questions and answers as Attachment XI. 3) Update Attachment II, Performance Work Statement, with revisions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR Part 15 and FAR Part 16.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk VA, 23511, intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Solicitation number N0018926RL023 is issued as a Request for Proposal, which is for the procurement of contractor support services for Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) through a focus on Missions, Functions, and Tasks (MF&T) specifically related to the mission areas of Electronic Warfare Data (EWD) production in support of the Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB) and Reprogrammable Library Support Program. This acquisition is set-side for small business concerns.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This acquisition has a NAICS code of 541511 that has a size standard of $34M and a PSC of R499. The period of performance for the anticipated contract is a five (5) year ordering period and the FAR 52.217-8 additional six (6) month performance extension if required by the Government.
