Declassification Support Services

Amendment 01 This solicitation is hereby amended to 1) Request interested quoters to revise their capability statements to state if their Top Secret cleared facility with SCI accreditation is within 30 miles of the Pentagon and that their facility is both cleared for Top Secret information and is accredited for SCI, 2) Provide responses to questions received, 3) Correct a typo in the Period of Performance for Option V. The Joint Staff Declassification Branch (JSDB) requires contractor-provided non-personal services for the declassification review, action tracking, and administrative support for six types of reviews: Automatic Declassification (AD), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR), Security Review (SR), Department of State Foreign Relations of the United States (FRUS), and Special Review Requests (SRR).

The objective is to ensure compliance with all declassification statutes, executive orders, and applicable Department of Defense (DoD) directives. See N0018926RD012 for more details.
