HID Card Readers (BRAND NAME ONLY)

8.10.26 - Update to attach RFQ Amendment 0001. 8.3.26 - Update to attach solicitation Q&A. The Naval War College (NWC) requires the procurement of HID Signo PIVClass readers. The readers will be used to replace existing hardware, support OSDP readiness, and enable CAC-based physical access through the Lenel OnGuard access control environment. Please see the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) for full details. Quotes will only be accepted from vendors who are authorized resellers of the OEM – HID Global. Quoter shall provide a current authorized reseller certification for all quoted brand name items.
