Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Preventive Maintenance Services

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Groton Contracting Department intends to solicit a single award firm-fixed-price IDIQ for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) preventive maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement incorporated in solicitation N0018926QW276. The requirement will be for 2 ordering periods with the FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to ExtendServices. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is N0018926QW276 and is advertised as a total small business set-aside. All documentation shall be in electronic form.

All interested vendors are required to return a signed solicitation, a completed pricing spreadsheet and any supporting documents to larissa.v.benoit.civ@us.navy.mil before the solicitation end date. All responsible sources interested in submitting a response are required to possess an active System of Award Management (SAM) registration. Service location is at Naval Submarine Support Facility located on Naval Subase New London Groton, CT 06349. Method of payment is via the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system.

UPDATE:

Amendment 0001 is issued to extend the solicitation end date until 05 August 2026, 11:00 a.m. EST. A signed copy of the amendment is required to be part of the quote package.
