Electronic Security System (ESS) Preventative Maintenance

7.29.26 - Updating to attach the Solicitation Q&A and Amendment 0001. The Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) requires contractor support services to provide preventative maintenance with test and inspections to the existing Electronic Security System (ESS) utilized at multiple command buildings. The ESS consists of a combination of the following systems: a) Intrusion Detection System (IDS), b) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and c) Access Control System (ACS).

Period of Performance:

Base Year: 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 Option Year 1: 01 September 2027 to 31 August 2028 FAR 52.217-8:

01 September 2028 to 28 February 2029 Questions: Quoter may submit questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements via email to Abbey Taylor at mary.a.taylor263.civ@us.navy.mil. It is requested that all questions be received no later than 12:00PM EST on 23 July 2026 as time may not permit responses to questions received after that date to be prepared and issued prior to receipt of quotes. Responses to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Abbey Taylor at mary.a.taylor263.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 13 August 2026 at 10:00AM EST.
