LARS Installation and Removal

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk VA 23511-3392, intends to award a total small business set-aside, Firm-Fixed price contract for welding installation and then removal of six mounting pads to the deck of the HOS Rosebud and to the Diving Launch and Recovery System (LARS) in support of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group Two (EODGRU2). This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The associated NAICS code is 336611 with a small business size standard of 1300 employees. Questions are due by 12:00PM EST 7/14/2026.
