LC-MS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICE

The directorates CH&RM and CCC&OM are working on multiple projects that require a service contract for the annual preventative maintenance and repair as needed to support the operation of NAMRU-SA's in-house AB Sciex API 4000 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer and Shimadzu Prominence UFLC high performance liquid chromatography system and onsite nitrogen generator (LC-MS instrument system).

This precision instrument setup allows for the extreme accuracy and sensitivity required for characterization, identification and quantification of chemical and biological molecules in liquid samples for pharmaceutical, blood product verification, targeted multi-omic, and material identification projects.

The requirement is for annual maintenance and as-needed repairs of NAMRU-SA's in-house AB Sciex API 4000 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer coupled with an onsite nitrogen generator, rough pump, and Shimadzu Prominence UFLC high performance liquid chromatography system composed of two LC-20 AD Pumps, SIL-20 A/C Autosampler, and DGU-20A5R Degasser (LC-MS instrument system).
