AN AMENDMENT HAS BEEN ADDED TOTHE FOLLOWING SOLICITATION. PLEASE SEE AMENDMENT IV FOR THE UPDATED SCHEDULE OF ITEMS REQUIRED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 14 January 2026 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018926Q0017 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 and DFARS Change Notice 20251110 It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

The clauses are available in full text at the following addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 334310. The Small Business Size Standard is 750. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing supplies as detailed below.

Quoters must quote only the Brand Name and part number provided (exact make, model, part number and/or description). This means that bids containing substitutions will be viewed as UNACCEPTABLE. If you are not able to deliver the line item as requested, DO NOT QUOTE. Quotes are required to submit a JBL, ALLEN & HEATH, and SHURE, INC authorized reseller letter.

QUESTIONS: Vendors may submit questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements via email to the contract specialist, Christin Griffin, at christin.t.griffin.civ@us.navy.mil. It is requested that all questions be received by 20 January 2026 at 0900 EST. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered by the Government. Quotes are to be submitted electronically to Christin Griffin, christin.t.griffin.civ@us.navy.mil no later than the closing date and time identified. Solicitation will close 23 January 2026 at 1000 EST. AMENDMENT I: The amendment was added 21 January 2026 to include all questions received and includes the answers to those questions.

AMENDMENT II: This amendment extends the window to submit a quote from 23 January 2026 to 27 January 2026. The new submission deadline is 27 January 2026 10:00 AM.

AMENDMENT III: This amendment extends the window to submit a quote from 27 January 2026 to 30 January 2026. The new submission deadline is 30 January 2026 10:00 AM.

AMENDMENT IV: This amendment is to include additional items to the schedule of items required. This amendment also extends the window to submit a quote from 30 January 2026 to 3 February 2026. The new submission deadline is 3 February 2026 10:00 AM.
