The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the procurement of storage equipment and furniture utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, SpaceSaver Storage Solutions, LLC. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 12 September 2025, under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018925Q0557.
