Quarterly Generator Preventative Maintenance and Annual Switchgear Preventative Maintenance

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, 1968 Gilbert Street Suite 600, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Service Purchase Order and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice is a request for competitive quotations under solicitation N0018925Q0349 which may be submitted via SAM or email.

The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310. The solicitation is for the acquisition of quarterly generator preventative maintenance and annual switchgear preventative maintenance in support of Naval Information Warfare Training Group (NIWTG). The anticipated date of award is on or about 7/28/2025. The proposed task order will contain one (1) base year with a Period of Performance of 15 September 2025 – 14 September 2026 and four (4) 12-month option periods.

By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote.

By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
