The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Echo81 LLC. as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, Interested parties may identify their interest and capability.
Any interest to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to christin.t.griffin.civ@us.navy.mil by the due date of the solicitation to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Quotes must include information sufficient to enable the Government to decide that an equivalent service/supply exists which would meet the Governments needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
