The Contracting Office intends to execute a sole source award for IBISWorld to IBISWorld, Inc, 11755 Wilshire Blvd., 11th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90025-1506, CAGE Code 45L60. IBISWorld is a proprietary online publication with published content covering data and analysis on major industries throughout the world, with special focus on the U.S., United Kingdom, Germany, and China.

The IBISWorld database provides content that is integrated into the NDU curriculum and is a resource required to execute NDU’s academic mission. The content includes unlimited academic access to U.S. NAICS Industry Reports, iExpert Summary Reports, Specialized Industry Reports, Specialized iExpert Summary Reports, United Kingdom Industry Reports, Global Industry Reports, China Industry Reports, Germany Industry Reports, and Business Environment Profiles.

The delivery period is a one-year base period (to start April 2024) with provision for three 12-month option periods. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
