B537 - NSMRL Mass Spectrometry Proteomics Analysis Services

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Sole Source Purchase Order to Yale University for Mass Spectrometry (Proteomics) Analysis Services. The estimated period of performance is (5) Days ADC to 30 June 2025. This purchase will be procured utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.

The anticipated award date is 27 August 2024. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to sharon.j.dexter.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent supply/service exists that would meet the Governments needs stated herein. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
