R499 - NCTRF Female Fit Size Standardization and Uniform Improvement - Maternity Block Study

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Alvanon, Inc. for Female Fit Size Standardization and Uniform Improvements - Maternity Block Study. This service requires data development and analysis, virtual and physical product development that will occur over (5) separate but overlapping phases.

The estimated period of performance shall begin (5) Days ADC and the service completion shall not exceed (12) Months from the date of award. The estimated period of performance is from 12 August 2024 to 11 August 2025. This purchase will be procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 05 August 024. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations.

However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to sharon.j.dexter.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to decide that an equivalent supply/service exists that would meet the Governments needs as stated herein. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
