J059 - Module Screening and Repair Activity (MSRA) Support Services

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUPSYSCOM) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office intends to solicit a single-award contract with firm-fixed-price provisions for Module Screening and Repair Activity (MSRA) support services, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporated within the solicitation N0018924QG066. The requirement is in support of Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) Groton, CT.

This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The primary place of performance is at Naval Submarine Base New London Groton, CT. This synopsis shall be posted on the System of Award (SAM) website. The RFQ number is N0018924QG066. The NAICS code is 811210. This requirement is being advertised in an unrestricted environment and does not have any set-asides.

The expected availability date is between the 2nd-3rd week of April. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website (https://www.neco.navy.mil) and at the System of Award (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov).

All responsible sources interested in submitting a response shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through the final payment of any resultant contract from the expected solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will automatically make an offer ineligible for award. This requirement will require an active Secret clearance for all contractor employees and an active contractor Facility Clearance. Payment will be made with Wide Area Work Flow.
