Electronic Recruitment Platform

U. S. Fleet Forces Command Human Resource Offices (FLTHRO) needs individualized account access to an electronic recruitment (eRecruitment) platform, allowing for 40 job announcement slots per month to be utilized by Fleet Human Resources Office personnel on behalf of their serviced customer commands. FLTHRO personnel shall have the ability and access to rotate different job postings in and out of the 40 assigned job announcement slots throughout each month.

Access to the platform shall include a resume repository, holding the resumes of the candidates who apply for positions within our serviced commands, indefinitely, so that they can be accessed at a later date for direct hiring, as warranted/appropriate. Additionally, access is required for at least six FLTHRO recruiters to search all available candidate resumes on the platform, and eight FLTHRO administrators to post and manage job announcement postings and view/print various reports.
