AMENDMENT TO REMOVE SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items and FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed-price contract.

This requirement will be solicited as full and open. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N0018924Q0678. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-06, effective date: 29 August 2024) and DFARS Publication Notice 20240815 (effective 15 August 2024).

Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk (NAVSUP FLC Norfolk) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Gasoline Powered Carts as outlined in the statement of work. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is being process pursuant to the policies and procedures of FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures”.

To the extent that the terms appear in the solicitation, the terms “RFP”, “OFFER”, “PROPOSAL”, and “OFFEROR” shall mean “RFQ”, “SUBMISSION”, “QUOTE” and “QUOTER”, respectively. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This announcement will close at 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
