This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement is being solicitude as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR19.502-2. This solicitation constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 30 July 2024 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018924RZ046 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-77 and DFARS Change Notice 202200830. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

The clauses are available in full text at the following addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 339930. The Small Business Size Standard is $700. The US Naval Academy STEM Center is seeking to purchase 40 cases of Sphero Bolt Power Pack programmable robots for Proffers / instructors and students to be used for learning.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical and Price In order to be considered Acceptable, quoters must receive an acceptable rating for Factor I in its entirety. Unacceptable technical rating will not be further evaluated and will not be considered for award.
