This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ number is N0018924Q0341. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 / 22 May 2024 and DFARS Change 25 April 2024 (effective 25 April 2024). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm, Fixed Price contract for Brand Name only, Waygate Technologies USA, LP. As this is a Brand Name only procurement no set-aside applies.

The Small Business Office concurs with this determination. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk requires detec video borescope system and forward vie black tips in support of the Naval Submarine Base New London Groton, CT.
