PACKAGING AND CRATING OF HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13, Simplified Procedures for Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.

PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The proposed is a contract action for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, to procure contractor services to package, crate, and prepare historical artifacts for domestic and international shipping in support of The Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC). See Statement of Work (SOW) for additional details. This requirement is to procure services to package, and crate historical artifacts in preparation for domestic and international shipment.
